Sounds like a clutch issue, like it's not fully disengaging. Very possibly throw out bearing related. You need a new throw out bearing anyways, so replace it and check all related clutch components while you're in there. It's usually a good idea to replace the clutch when you're in there anyways.
It's not likely synchros, as not all synchros would go bad at the same time. |
