holy shit im losing my mind. okay wondering if anyone else has had this issue. a few months back i did solid subframe bushings (PBM). the subframe is bottomed out against the unibody and the bolts are tight as shit. everytime i turn my rear end violently shakes and subframe feels like its going to tear out of the car. the other day i went under my car and went over every bolt subframe and diff related, all were tight. launching the car it does the same thing. acting as if the subframe bushings were bad. i feel like there is too much clearance between the inside diameter of the bushing and the studs... anyone...?

Get it on a lift and shake that bitch and jack it up to see where it could be flexing

well pbm says you can also epoxy the bushings in?

Otherwise you have a Diff or DS/Axle issue causing enough vibration to lead you to think its the subframe.

You have to use epoxy all over the bushings when you jnstall them to take up the slack.

Whats with all the epoxy talk? If Im not mistaken, these are firmly pressed in and should have no play or slack at all. Maybe they recomend epoxy to fill out any imperfections on the surface and avoid humidity from getting in there? Because if you have enough slack on them for the whole subframe to move, theres no way in hell epoxy is gonna help, and u got much bigger problems.
Installing solid SF bushings will bring out any other issues you may already had. Check the rest of your read end really good, such as your wheel bearings, axles, diff bushings, and DS u-joints.
