Some background on the car just in case this might help.. Six years ago the previous owner had a running 2jzgte in the car and swapped it out for a 1jzgte.. Got the engine in and the harness done by Dr. Tweak in Phoenix, AZ. Harness came back and was never plug-n-play. After sending the harness back and forth the owner gave up on it and the issue was never resolved. Six years later, I take ownership of the car.. Harness is plugged up and the swap is complete, but still with the issue. Barely got it to crank a few days ago to check compression and all is good there. Some random relays here and there that I have no idea where they go, planning on removing these and anything unnecessary and wiring it up to it's original state before I start messing with it myself. Just trying to gather information on this swap because I can barely find any information about it. I really appreciate the help here, I hope others can take something from this thread as well. ![]() |
