With no wheel on there at full angle there is no way of telling where and what it will rub. Let's see a pic at full lock with a wheel and tire on there and see if it rubs the tension rod or not.

75 degrees of angle doesn't mean anything unless that's with a wheel and tire on and it doesn't rub anywhere.
