All the way around. Here's some close ups so you see how they're cut. I'd never seen them until I bought this car. I'd like to recreate them when I repaint the car.

Looks like a printed gradient stripe that was cut into smaller stripes on a plotter. It should be easy for any sign shop. I'd just make sure you have a really good picture of the color so they can match it and also measure the height of the stripes. I can possibly make a file up for you.
