I run a twisted motion 2871 turbo and it fits. Are you talking about that small heat shield that attaches to the turbo itself? This came with the bracket for that so I assume it would fit too

The heat shields fit on SpeedAcademy's GTX2863R which I'm assuming is almost, if not identical to the GTX2871R in external dimensions.
