Sr20det dies after warm up help! 😞

Hello guys I'm new to zilvia.net! I recently purchased my first s chassis and bought a blacktop sr20. I am stumped as of now the ecu has no led for me to pull codes. And my cluster is garbage has no CEL lol. (Waiting on consult port)

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
-car will stay on with throttle
-idle is not higher when cold . (Starts as if car is already warmed up)
-idle starts dropping to the point car dies after it being in for a minute
-Maf was wired in properly with (diy auto tune) shielded wiring
-car sat for 2 years (bad gas?)
-black with yellow stripe wire on brown body harness connector (iacv power wire) does not have 12v with key on engine off.

Drained old fuel . Put fresh 91 in and replaced fuel filter . No change I also wired in the consult and I have no codes . Any ideas ? Car will rev past 3k so it's not the maf.
