I'm on the fence, I wouldn't say I love it or hate it.
Step lip + forged monoblock is what makes the Regamaster king of the 1990's wheels. In a way, I suppose this is a good thing for those of us who own originals. The new Regas look good, but given the choice, I'll keep my originals. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of options in that price range that are light weight and look great. (Original 18x10.5 shown below for comparison):
