Better question, why are you in this thread. You only joined the forum 18 months ago and are likely rocking your first car your parents bought you, a clapped out stock S13 with bubble shifter and eBay exhaust. Change my mind.

Thanks for proving my point. That car is more then just wheels, but also bumpers, lip, wing, Z32 brakes, probably 5-lug conversion and side skirts. All that to look on part with the GT I posted.

Is it still a 155hp torque monster or does it have $6k in engine upgrades too?

At least we can agree on that.

I have no idea who you are. You have 30 posts and joined at the end of '17. I joined in 2005 after a stint on 240sxforums and NICO when I bought my S13.

I owned the S13 for 12 years, swapped engines twice, painted it 3 times. If someone would give me a factory stock TYPE-X in outstanding condition for $6k, I'd rock it, but that's not reality.

When I got the 240 in 2004
(Camera Phone!)

(when I realized I was sick of it)

And when it's replacement arrived

My first Mustang in 2007, $2,500 '96 5spd GT. Did thr PI intake, x-pipe, cherry bomb turbo mufflers and 4.10 gears. Changed out the whole interior for a 99 V6's deleted all the sound deadening and dropped it on Fox Body H&R lowersprings, cracked a header, got a bug up my ass and sold it.

It's one of only two cars I regret selling.

As for other forums, of course I'm on them. But for some reason imports seem to be a nexus of Communism, Soy Milk and Haterid for non-import cars. It's some weird one - way rivalry.

What so I can't participate in a thread for the sake of discussion now? Btw my account is only 1.5 years old because that's when I started looking for S13's. I might not be old but I sure am a grumpy asshole

I think we have different definitions of "on par" It looks like something I'd see rolling around in Santa Ana with a stick welded straight pipe and a v6. Also blacked out headlights give me a fucking break lol.

As much as I enjoy arguing with you, I will say its a pretty nice s13, can't hate OEM aero. It is unfortunate that IG flexbois and clout chasers started driving up the prices of clean cars while trashing anything thats not perfect. Yeah my s13 was a POS when I picked it up, I'm doing my best to reverse that. Its about ready to be painted.

I also picked up/repaired some of my interior stuff

Imma loop this thread back to its origins and be grumpy about some shit.

Why the fuck do Instagram part handlers think its ok to take a 30 year old used NISMO/Tomei/HKS wheel/shift knob/dildo/cupholder/whatever and try to sell that shit to some idiot for stupid $$$$$. I like the old logo as much as the next guy, but do people really pay 600+ for a fucking wheel? I've seen windbreakers go for like 550 because they have a small tomei logo on the lapel etc.

INB4 people assume that because I'm not an OG I run junk like NRG and Grip Royal like the rest of the new crowd.

Well that'd irritate me lmao

Y'know I've seen that done before, but to a shitty dash. Its a "cool" idea and I wouldn't really be mad if someone did it to a dash that was beyond saving (ie large chunk missing, cracks are repairable.)

But with how tech is going now, I don't see a point in using monitors etc for sims. I've tried VR sims and its insane.
