WTB S13 with no rust. Driver or roller

Hey guys I'm located in upstate NY where there is not much to choose from so I'm making this post to see what's out there. I started with a 1991 hatch that I daily drove but had to retire it because it had rotted frame and floorboards. Found a gutted shell for cheap so I switched over what I could and built it up to drift on tracks only but have since changed mind and want to make something more streetable. I also no longer have immediate access to a truck and trailer lol. Things I want most are NO rust, STOCK wiring, almost all interior would be nice (Gutted rear is fine). power steering, working popups , heat at least but A/C would be great too. Doesn't need an engine or drivetrain I already have an sr and full drivetrain suspension built rear subframe lots of goodies but interested in anything for the right price. Doesn't have to be perfect I am really hoping to spend 1500-2000 for a roller.. 2500-3000 for a runner. Not looking for a garage kept unmolested gem but for the record my car may be 2 colors, unfinished, stalling when coming to a stop, a pain in the balls to drive but the frame rails, floorboards and strut towers are clean enough to eat off so if it's got rust I'm not interested. I am willing to travel within a reasonable distance so anything under 500 miles away... and I'm located in Rochester. Let me know in comments or message me

I have an 89 s13 hatch in Memphis area if interested. The manual tranny and engine have been dropped in but needs the included koyo radiator and airbox connected. Also needs belts, fluids, and tires. Have a rust free wingless and windowless hatch to throw in.
