If the one in the top image is capped it seems to bump the idle up just a tick, maybe 2-300 rpm or so. The one in the lower image does nothing when capped.
Sorry I didnt mention but its a 97 ka24de if that makes any difference. All stock just has an aftermarket intake |

The second one is supposed to connect to the intake just before the throttle body. I'm unsure what it does, it's dark out now.
The first I believe is fuel regulator vacuum, as previously stated. |

Woohoo idle issue fixed!! Thanks a bunch!!
Also, yes the vacuum line near the IACV did go to the fuel pressure regulator, for anyone in the future thats having the same issue. |
