Anybody try this before for 5-lug swap?

Will the rear hubs off of a J30 work or are they in the same boat as the 300zx TT and Q45 hubs... Anybody got an idea?

You can use everything off the rear of a 96 J30 and it has 5 lugs.

Q45's are the same as the 300ZX TT and cannot be used because the axles are slightly larger.

1996 Infiniti J30 uses the following parts that are interchangable with the S13:

1. Rear Axles
2. Hub/Spindle assembly (Iron) with same rear shock mounting as S13 and are 5 lug .
3. R200V Differential LSD

I also believe the rear brakes are larger and use the same type of parking brake design as the S13.

No i didn't confirm the fronts nor will I becasue I dont have the front I just have the complete rear end cut. I will take pics of it tommorrow. But the rear of a 1996 J30 is completly eatable.

I can't confirm this just yet, but from the quick look I took I dont recall seeing the big 1 1/16" nut on the rear of the spindle found on Z32/Q45 with disc/drum parking brake assembly.

I will tell you for sure tommorrow.
