KA Tranny Problem

What's up guys i just a installed a new automatic tranny on 240. The problems that im having are when i throw the car into drive it has about a 3 second delay before the tranny engage's . The econd problem is whe im driving the car it doesn't shift correctly. It only shifts when i let off gas. If i dont let off the gas the car goes no where and rpms just keep on rising. If you guys have suggestion im willing to try them.

Thanks,
Anthony

The real problem is automatic , the way to fix it is to swap to 5spd . i gave away a 5spd tranny to someone on zilvia yesterday
