hey, i have a T28 turbo but its off my car and just sittin in a box and i suspect the oil seals may be gone but is there a way to actually check without putting it on a car?
the turbo actually has very low mileage (around 25000) so it would seem like its still in good condition, not much play in the shaft or anything, but I want to figure out for sure if the oil seals are gone so if anyone can help me in figuring it out, id appreciate it!

YOu can take it apart, the t28 should have minimal shaft play since it is a wetfloat design. OR check for oil leaks? i dunno be creative
