if everything feels all loose and clunking. wouldn't that be a clue to go under the car and check the suspension, brackets, and mounts to make sure they are tight. better yet use the search function under clunking.

get under the car, check all the mounting points, camber plate bolts, sway bar brackets. And as far as your reverse, my car does something similar (its the brake pads being grabby on my car though) so check your brakes. Just take a look at it, all of the potential problem should be pretty easy to find.

yeah, i noticed w/ my coilovers, the suspension felt "loose"

then i realised that the coilovers are nice and tight, and the stiffness is causing anything not securely welded into my car to rattle and shake around lol

Hahaha How ironic.

Ok. Did you buy used coilovers?

Sounds like the dampers are blown if its all bouncy....
Bouncing under any load usually means blown dampers. Sorry to break it to you.

Did you try and adjust them to be stiffer?
If you did and it's still really bouncey... Take those coils off and see if they compress and return...

oh i think i know what the bouncing is under braking

i think he's got a bent wheel or two...when they're out of round, it tends to get real bouncy and harsh at low speed...mine are like that :-\

no, the bounce is more like a pop in the front suspension but it only happens when i brake....the coils are brand new, and i checked them and they are perfectly fine

A pop means the ball joint could be taking a crap....

Wobbles only underbraking could mean your rotors are reallly warped...
