Its rated in Torque ft-lbs, not hp....But im thinking its rated around 250ft lbs...but that has to be taken lightly, as you can put more than that to it on a regular basis.

There are several thoughts on this... I saw somewhere that if your car produces more than 300hp (or did i read torque <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'>), then you need a different tranny cuz the stock tranny won't handle it. as long as it's below 300, it's ok, but it's still going to wear out fast.
i have a link to this website at home where the guy added turbo to his car and also had to upgrade the tranny. &nbsp;i forget if he used the 300zx tranny or which one... i'm at work right now.. i'll post that site when i go back <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

We've got a guy up here that added the 11lb flywheel and the ACT clutch and he's gone through 3 trannies now <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'> !! &nbsp;He's only running about 200hp to the crank (est.), and he likes how the car is too much to change it out and see which one causes it! &nbsp;:!:
