SR20DET S14 project beginning-- tips/advice please

This is my first 240sx build, me any a friend of mine are doing it as a street/drift car. It will be mostly daily driven, but its going to look like a race car. No interior, no A/C, roll cage, racing seats...all that good stuff. What I need is just tips you guys can give me from doing your swaps and stuff, cause Ive never done a Nissan swap before. I plan on sending out the harnesses to get them spliced so it all plugs in. What should I do about motor mounts, the stock ones look fine? The only thing I dont have planned out is the suspension, what are some good cheap colovers I can get? I got the SR20 swap from Ricky's Auto Center in Miami, it looks great and it wasnt that expensive either. Here are some pics:
Heres My blacktop SR20 that just came in, I have a new intake manifold and a top mount turbo manifold with a new Garret T3/T04E ready to go on. I also have a Koyo rad with 2 12" electric fans coming, battery relocation kit, FMIC with piping, SAFC, injectors, and some other goodies ready to go on.

Ex-honda guy, eh? I suggest investing in the FSM and back tracking 5+years of 240sx enthuasist sites, such as 240sx.org. Start by seraching or looking at the links section. Good luck on your build.

Yeah, I know how much forums can help cause thats pretty much how I learned everything I know about Hondas. Ive checked out club240 and nissanforums.com, I just dont know how to find info I need as easily as I would like to, thats why I asked the questions. You know sometimes you cant find exactly what you want by searching, or sometimes its right there.
Can someone just tell me if the pars I have or am getting are okay? Heres what I have- Garret T3/T04E 60 trim, .82 AR, top mout manifold, battery relocation kit, koyo rad with 2 12" fans, greddy look alike IM, Apexi SAFC, FMIC kit with piping, oil press., A/F, boost, and temp guages.
And the stuff Im thinking about getting: TurboXs RFL, Tial 38mm, 850cc injectors, walbro 255, Z32 MAFS and fuel filter, TEIN coilover setup, rev/speed meter, welded rear diff, MBC, and im sure I forgot a few things. And im eventually going to do a 5-lug swap. I just destroyed the oil pump in my civic so the 240 project is gonna be on hold for a little bit.

what are your plans? thats a pretty heffty turbo for a autocross car... and a drifting car.. my guess is its a drag car and off ramp racer...

anyways... dont spend all that money on those nice doodads and then get a MBC... otherwise it might all good to waste... plus if you plan on using all of that t3/t04e 60 trim .82 a/r and 850cc injectors your gonna have problems with the MBC.... just my experience from friends (TT supra) its up to you dude...

good luck with the 240 and forget what people say about it... just make the car yours... dont follow a trend and make the car somthing for people to gawk at... just make it your own... and to your liking with out being bias..

Yeah I was thinking about the boost controller situation, Ill probably end up just paying another $200 for a Profec B Spec 2, since thats what I have in my civic and I love it. What kind of clutch do you guys have good experiences with? Im not geting a clutchmasters thats all I know, I have an Exedy 3-puck in the Civic and it was cheap and its holding up very well, but I dont know if they make it for the SR20's tranny???
I know exactly what my plans are for the car, but its more my frineds car than mine, and its in his name so he has the final say in any decision. Unless I just cant let him do it.

ACT and its been ever since i read this...

http://www.240sx.org/faq/articles/tips_on_clutches.htm

if you get the engine balanced with the pressure plate... they will take away the vibrations act sometimes has.. i have a stage 2 and i sense very little to no vibrations.. but the ones above stage 2 may have more vibrations... nothing to really worry about its just a lil annoying... as far as a clutch goes.. id get act.. always..

The car isnt at my house anymore, and Im not putting the SR20 in either like planned. Its at the shop where my friend who owns the car works, in Birmingham, AL. They already have the motor bolted in, and it will be running in a few weeks. Sorry I cant take pics of the whole process like I was going to, but Im sure they will have some pics of the swap/build. I will definitely post pics of it when its done.

Do you think it has an LSD?? Its not an SE-- Yeah it was a good deal, it needed some body work and a new driver door, but it has cruise, ABS, sunroof....all the crap you dont need in a racecar.
