Loan officer. PT Yay or nay?

just started actually, i'm a tech guy, but jobs are hard to get. full time i sell cell phones in costco, pays ok, but plenty of room for growth.

part time mortgage lender, started about 3 weeks ago, telemarketing. i told my hiring manager i despise it, and he said ok, there are other ways, just get yourself known.

right now my dad went through me to refinance the house, so i get commission on that. I'm talking to aunts/uncles/cousins about it and hopefully word spreads. don't expect a lot in about 3-4 months, I don't. good luck.
