Im new

well im not really new I just lurk around alot, read other peoples posts, and get ideas, I currently live in Germany close to mattack69 and willeast, I owned a 92 s13 back in MD and sold it in Feb of this year and the car now sits on my new wifes little finger. I am in the process of buying a 95 SE with some goodies in it and with an rb20, if this deal falls through there is a 93 GTS-T waiting for 1k that is very clean just has some motor problems, anyway hopefully I will have a build up soon and maybe I will try and contribute more.

Joined a bit ago to lurk the for sales and maximize my "search" skill set. I run a 350z daily, but I've decided to take my track time off the Z and get a dedicated car... and I'm now into my 3rd 240sx. 1st had lame frame damage, so it was parted and crushed. 2nd was a hatch I picked up (and got ripped off on) as a non-rolling shell because I was sad about #1... but then I found another coupe and that made me happy... so now I'm parting and selling what I've got in the others, and hopefully going to build my new coupe into something that's a lot of fun.

G'day from New Zealand,

Been lurking this forum for a wee while now. Joined up to get involved with the S-chassis scene internationally. New Zealand is pretty small and all, you sort of get to know most of the cars floating round pretty quickly especially when everyone raves about the same cars.

s14

Greetings, my name is Taylor, see if you can't guess what I drive... When it isn't in the shop. I actually joined because a) it is a treasure trove of information, and b) I wanted to follow Peter Tarach's E-Rod S13 build.

I'm torn between multiple build paths with little funds, so I have plenty of time to decide. I was thinking along the lines of a BC-Built Stroked KA (NA/FTW), a KA24DE-R ("Because Supercharger Whine is awesome"), or an LS3 E-Rod (Because 430 HP of emissions legality is awesome).

Sup guys! I just picked up my 1990 240sx with 220+ miles on it! After the first week, the clutch started to go on me, but then I realized it was losing fluid like a bad habit. Anyways, I replaced the clutch line, slave, and master cylinder already..oh and the head light, but I love the car!

Looking forward to learning a lot more about the s13 and making new friends on here.

Hey guys, currently drive a car that is not the best platform. Thinking of getting a 240 or 300zx (maybe 350 if the price is right). I have found Auto trans cars to be more consistent, how do auto S's and Z's take boost? My goal is to buy a car that needs a little work that I can build up to just be a fun cruiser that can outrun some guys on the highways. Thanks.

Then either you just plain suck or you've never really tried driving against someone who's any good. Auto is for the weak! I could never EVER go back to driving an auto sports car, hell, I don't even like the auto-manual transmissions xD

I guess there is an intro thread then.

Anyways, hello, I'm John and I'm from Okinawa and I'm not a complete noob when it comes to Silvias. I've owned four (4) s14s and a 180sx so I'd say I've got some pretty good knowledge when it comes to the S-chassis.

I just decided to join this forum since I'll be leaving here soon and I'll be looking for a new ride stateside.

I have never introduce myself. My name is Joshua Briggs, I serve in the 82nd Airborne Division in the US ARMY. I made this account back when I had a RSX and wanted to get into 240's and such.

I bought my first 240 2 years ago. It is a white vert. I still have it, its in the process of being built into an all out drift/race car. While I was tearing the vert apart I made the mistake of buying an 07 civic si (my wife currently drives it). I bought a auto maroon s14 back in december for the wife but I fell in love with it and made my wife drive the civic, better on gas. She's my baby and my DD.

Im currently in Iraq, arrived here back in May. I have been ordering parts for the vert. Order a custom steering wheel from Grip Royal, amongst other things. I don't plan on making a build thread on here till the car is finished, but you can follow my "real" build thread on carolinanissans.com. My screen name on there is Briggs. I plan on changing my name on here too but just don't feel like paying to have that done right at this moment.

Hey all, my name is Grant and I'm rather new to the 240 scene. I don't own one just yet, but I'm looking for a s13 coupe or a s14. I'm interested in learning and hopefully owning one in the new future. I'm hoping to learn more about well everything about this car :P I joined here on the forums in hopes of being able to tune my own machine :]
