No fuel in cylinders..

So there is no fuel getting into my cylinders. I pulled the plugs and they're bone dry. I looked inside and they're mildly wet inside the cylinders but not enough to start the car. My pump comes on, I can hear it. I had the injectors tested and they measure out ok. I pulled the rail and cranked the car but no fuel sprayed. How do i test if it's electrical? Where are the related relays?

Check for fuel pressure - if you pull the fuel line at the fuel rail, you should squirt big time, so be careful. If no pressure there, back up and check to see if there is pressure before the filter so you can determine if the filter is completely clogged. You should be able to find and confirm fuel pressure. If pressure is good, check the connection that makes up the injector sub-harness. Pull each injector plug and check for voltage. If you can get it cranked, you should also be able to listen to each injector with a "listening" stick and hear the injector "tapping" as it feeds fuel. If there is no combustion due to lack of fuel, your plugs should be clean and dry (assuming you cleaned them prior to checking for combustion). If there is dampness on the plugs, suspect good fuel and no spark.

there is pressure in the line.. it shot me in the face. hhaha. Yes the plugs were dry, I pulled the rail and no fuel pumps out of any injector while cranking the motor.

what can i use to check the injector wiring?

make sure that your fuel lines are going to the correct place on the fuel rail. like make sure that the return line goes to the FPR and the line with the fuel filter is going to the other end of the rail.

Distributor timing was off. Double check the connections and get a timing light.
