Dont know if I read about this but can I use a s14(95?) mafs on my s13 kat and hack it?

No.

You'll need to find a way to hack the S13 MAF...not as easy as S14 MAF to hack, due to the different design.

The MAF has to match the ECU, unless you use a S-AFC...which would eliminate the need to 'hack' your MAF anyway.
