lawn mower/whOOo!!! sounds

alright my car is deciding to give me problems one right after another....

alright i recently replaced my turbo because it had too much shaft play and then i noticed a clicking sound...kinda sounding like lawn mower a clicking sound.... but the sound only come when i throttle...during idle there is no sound or when i left off the gas.... i cant seem to pin point where its coming from either?

second problem today.... i started up my car and started to hear a WHOooooo sound when i would throttle also....it comes and goes useally from 2000-4000 rpm.... i poped my hood to see what would be causing it which leads me to another problem... i saw some like fresh resudue around the water pump assembly...would this cause the WHOooo sound? lol

lol does anyone know what im talking about =)
