wait i just realized i sleep late but sometime i sleep for 14 hours straight. so no way i'm an insomniac.

I slept wayyy too much last night, got home and crashed around 7:30 and woke up at 6:45 barely in time to get to work 15 minutes late. WOOT

i could be worse, I am getting into crazy sleep study stuff because i go to sleep, but haven't made it past stage 1 sleep in over 8 months. life really sucks when you can barley put together sentences and can't remember shit

I think the worst is when you go to bed at midnight or 1 a.m. and the next thing you know you wake up at like 4:30 or 5 and you can't get back to sleep. At which point you wind up watch the early news or something wierd on TV for like an hour and then you fall back asleep again just to have to wake up at 8-8:30 to start your day exhausted. Ah caffeine where would I be without it.
Plus, for some reason, I no longer sleep beyond 9 in the morning, no matter what time I go to bed. Even on weekends!! I be lucky if I make till 9:30 A.M.

haha i do that most of the time.

and when i wake up i immediately go to the computer and check email,zilvia,myspace,and see if anybody instant messaged me on AIM, then do whatever i have to do the whole day..go out at night..come back and play ffxi or cs until 2 or 3 then sleep and repeat.
