1. Weight? What would this do to the weight distribution of the car. Would the front be all assed out to the ground?

Not sure, IIRC its less than 100lbs more than the KA...dono how much less

2. What all would I need? Engine mounts, brackets, ducktape, clothespins???

Yes...not sure if you need engine mounts or not though

3. Where could I locate an engine and upgrade parts??

http://www.unstable-hybrids.com

4. Emissions? I know it wouldn't pass but what would I have to do to make it legal?(btw I live in Houston)

There is no possible way for the average person to make this engine swap legal. It would cost near $30,000 maybe more to do the emissions testing and buy the permit.

5. What would this do to the car? Running wise, would I only be able to drive this on the weekeneds due to the engine ripping a new ahole in the car?

I'm not sure I know what your asking here. I sure as hell wouldn't want a motor that I just paid $10,000 to put in to be my daily (~60 miles a day+) driver
The engine should be perfectly stable, but you'd have to be nuts to put a lot of miles on it.

Another way to be different would be to swap in a ca18det, rb20det, or rb25det. The rb26dett is the most difficult and most expensive swap I've heard of.

Edit: Actually http://www.motorex.net already has the permit to legaly use the rb26dett. It would still be damn expensive and you'd have to take your car out to CA, but its a bit more doable.
The price tag on one of those permits is ~$27,000 BTW.
