If you are not getting spark on 2 and 4, that means you are getting spark on 1 and 3? If so, then check the power (signal) wire for the coil pack on 2 and 4 and make sure they are getting signal. Also to rule out that 2 and 4 coil pack is broken, subsitute the 1 and 3 coil pack into 2 and 4 cylinder and see if you are getting spark. If not, then the problem is not the coil pack then you can trace the problem on why you are not getting signal to the coil packs.
Sorry I can't be any more specific because I don't even know what the problem is to be exact, but usually to get around the problem you have to start trouble shooting and make reason to yourself in every way possible.
