Just picked up some 17x9 +0. & 17x9.5. -1 work Meister's for my s13 . Need some opinions on tire sizes . I don't want a super hella flush/stretched tire or crazy camber . I will be ordering PBM rucas and toe arms . to try and pull out most of the camber . will I need a big pull? I'm afraid of my quarter panel buckling in . unless you guys also know someone that does clean fender rolling work in Socal ! Want like a some what meaty stance that still handles well . I would appreciate the help fellas !

Just get a buddy to help you pull your fenders with a baseball bat. As long as you go slow and use a heat gun it'll be fine. I just did mine for 17x9.5 +15. Hammer the lip flat in the wheel well first.
For tires I run 235/40/17 rt615k Sent from my XT603 using Tapatalk 2 |

Ok, so I got a set of euroline DH's fronts are 18x7.5 +30 and the rears are 18x8.5 +35, yes I know not super hella fresh n flush blah blah blah, I always liked eurolines and I got an awesome deal on them, I have an S13 coupe, stock body, no rolls pulls or over fenders, I'm not too low nor do I care for slamming and cambering all crazy, what tire sizes would you guys recommend for them? Not really going too low so I don't think I need the stretched sizes, also, I'm sure they'll be sunken in a bit, I want to run spacers too, right now I have some 16x8 +25 and I do like how they sit, not sunk but not flush, I'd like to stay in that range, I figured i would run a 5mm spacer up front and maybe a 10mm in rear? What would you guys suggest? Just to get out the way, no I will not sell these and get bigger sizing. I don't care if you don't like the wheels.

Wont know till you put it on...depends on what coilovers you're using. I've cleared mine on those exact sizing. Also, if your coilover has a notched upper mount hole, you can pull the knuckle as far away from the strut as possible to give your wheel some extra clearance but will give you more positive camber.

I have Kts coilovers - I think they're 60mm springs.
I needed a spacer to clear 18x9.5 +25 because the wheel touched spring even though the tire didn't, so I'll likely need at least 5-10mm to be safe.

How much spacer did you need to clear the 18x9? Just by comparison and using the 9j +25 as a reference, the 10j +18 inner clearance will be 6mm less (closer to the springs). Safest bet would be add how much you used before + 6mm more on top of that.

Hi I don't know too much about wheel fitment but I was inspired by this picture:
![]() I really like this as opposed to the stretched tire with max camber thing that everyone seems to be doing these days. According to where I saw it posted the wheel specs are 18x9.5 + 22 with (255-40-18)'s. So would those fit just fine or do they need some modification/adjustments or anything? Noob question I know, but I'd appreciate the help! |

I had a typo on my previous post - fixed now, they were 18x9.5 +25. So that's where I was getting 5-10mm estimate from.

Recently I've decided to sell my s14 and purchase a z33. Wheel and tire fitment for s-chassis was pretty simple given all the information on this site, however I can't seem to find much info on 350z wheel fitment on Zilvia or through google. There are a few examples here and there, but nothing like the wheel fitment thread or anything like that.
This is getting long, but basically I was wondering if you guys had any good examples of 350z's running 18x9.5s? I haven't picked an exact wheel yet but I'm assuming I'll go with a simple size like that. I've also never had wheels bigger than 17's so I'm not too sure what size tire to run either. The car will definitely be as low to the ground as chicago/midwest roads allow. Much appreciated! |

Z33s have bigger wheel wells, you can run more aggressive fitments (wider/lower offsets) than S14s. Go into wheeltuck.com and see examples of Z33s that you like and follow their setups.

Im currently running a 16x8 wheel up front on 205/50. Tires are going out so I'm going with a thinner tire. Am I going to run into any issues running a 205/40 tire? Any input helps, thanks.

Hey, does anyone have any info on the specs of these wheels? I'm guessing they're 17s but they sorta look like 16s.. it's hard to tell.
and what tires do you think hes running? I bet the rims are 9.5 width so tires might be.. 225/45? I've been trying to find info on this car for hours now. pics: http://www.autongraphic.com/2013/11/zenki-x-te37v.html |

I have my first wheel fitment question.
I have a 98 s14 with stock metal, coilovers and fully adjustable arms. I recently purchased a set of SSR Vienna wheels, and was lied to on the widths and offsets. They were supposed to be 18x10 +35 and 18x9 +35. I received them and they ended up being 18x9 +49 and 18x8 +49. They did have shit tires on them, 265/35 on the rear and 235/45 on the front, so I put them on to see how bad they were. They actually cleared the coilover, but neither the front nor rear will clear my brakes. So I decided to just rebuild the wheels since I would lose my ass on selling them. I am going to add an inch to each wheel on the outer lip. This will make the wheels 18x9 +24 and 18x10 +24. I will need to run a 10mm spacer on the front and 5mm spacer on the rear to clear brakes. I also have a high HP build going on so I do not want stretched tires. Can I fit 275/35 on the rear and 255/40 on the front? TLDR; S14 18x9 +14 effectively 18x10 +19 effectively Can I fit 255/40 on the front and 275/35 on the rear under stock metal? Thanks

so i'm having an issue sizing up my new front setup since i relipped my meisters for the s14, i use to run a 215/35 up front and was planning on running a 225/35 this time around since they are now 18x10 with the new lips, but falken discontinued all of their 225/35's i really don't think a 225/40 is going to clear up front with how the car is sitting at the moment. any suggestions guys?
