Is it me, or do you guys also think that the ultra animation/cut scene is a bit too much. I mean yeah, its cool and all. It takes too long.

to get gouken:

Aquire akuma first

have 1 perfect and 3 ultra endings

Beat Gouken

You can do these step in all of the game level settings.

Seth is not impossible to beat in the hardest setting, If you been playing street fighter and all fighting games since you could pick up a controller or reach the arcade controls, you can beat him. All about you skills.

first beat the game with akuma. than pick a player that you've beaten the game with alread and get 2 perfects and 3 ultras in a ROW.

ive tried a bunch of other ways that ive read online and this is the only way that works.

Its 1 perfect and 3 ultras, only way to play gouken. Yes you need to beat the game with akuma first.

Thats another good reason why I didnt fork over the money for those joysticks...

plus any good player should be able to be anyone on the xbox 360 or PS3 controllers.

I don't know if you have ever played with the 360 controller, but it's a billion times worse then the ps3 controller. I actually think the ps3 controller works really well for fighting games.

As for that mad catz controller, i asked the guy at gamestop and they said they would be getting some more in a week or so because theyre sold out every. I will be getting one.

stock 360 controller FAILS HARD.

The Analog stick is way more precise than the DPad in many instances.

I HATE having to do the SRK motion with the analog, but i land em more often than with DPad.

i just bought a 80gig ps3 for this over the weekend, i also bought a hori black arcade stick for $40 new and sf4. so fun. Has anyone beaten the challenge mode on hard? the combos look crzy.

I have gotten a bit better with Abel. So fun.

I hate the Ultra Animations, seriously, such give-aways. I hate it. Combo-ing into Soulless is a bit difficult due to timing and the fact he dashes forward first, then hits.

And the shit ALWAYS misses. Has shit priority against chargers (Honda, Blanka, Rog) if you're a sho-tard, all you have to do is crouch and keep jabbing/kicking, and you win.

Fuck that.
