A couple times in the past month I've seen a older Asian guy in a burgundy S14 Kouki with Euro rear bumper it looked like. We've waved at each other before, I have a white pignose S13 coupe. In Tracy, once on Corral Hollow and once on Valpico. Also just saw a white Zenki S14 with what looked like a URAS kit and blue or green wheels turning out of Edgewood onto Tracy Blvd
