we'll his normal anti theft is his garage but i do believe he had an alarm
Alarms are useless regardless how much is spent and so easy to bypass its not even funny. I used to be an electronic installer at fry's electronics, I can disable them in around 3-10 minutes depending on how slick the alarm installer was. You gotta have alot of manual switches hidden in several places and 2 autolocks. 1 for clutch and 1 for brake. It will take the thief a very long time to get everything off and running. I have mines set this way with no alarm. Works great! My car never got stolen and my 99 civic hatch never got jacked either. I even live in Long beach lol. Well sorry for the lost. I will keep a look out, my other half of the family lives in Moreno valley =).

Also garages don't work, my friend got his car jacked when it was parked in the garage with the garage door shut and locked.

I agree, it is simple to disable an alarm with little to nothing proper knowlege and some time. If your going to get one, get it with proximity + pager so you have a better chance to detect it before its disabled.

Hope you get your car back.

UPDATE: car was found burnt to a crisp off of indio, in so cali if any of you know where that is, but basically yea they torched it but they must've not cared or not wanted to try to remove the tein coilovers, 5lug, sportmax wheels, 2way lsd or subframe spacers f*ckin tools of society i tell ya, they obviously only wanted a front end conversion and a single slam ka-t for some reason which are all obvious parts and are all marked, so we can identify them in one way or another, so either way whoevers dumbass stole the stuff its gonna be funny when we catch you tryin 2 slang the shit or show off with it thanks for trying you lose, good day sir. and thanks to all of you on zilvia for keeping an eye out it is much appreciated

Its alright, we all know like 500 people go on zilvia everyday, makes it really slow, unless the owner pays like 1000 dollars for hosting each month. I'm just making example with numbers, I'm not going to go into this 229.99 a month stuff.

This thread is not helping my paranoia. If a person's prepared enough to steal my car, then they're prepared to get shot. Not too big on fighting, but I don't miss and I will SO make it painful for them if they even try...

Death to all thieves!
