^yes, u are right, but everybody did screwed up once in a while in their lifetime, point is can u realize ur own mistake and not doing it again.
i didnt say hes right, nor i would like to say so, yes its his fault, but i just want to help out in stead of flaming. buying a metro will not help. it just hiding the problem not solving the problem.
i understand trip off and crash are 2 different cases. however, careless->crashed the car->ask for help->got flamed aint sounds right either.

You can look for another 240...but given the prices and condition alot of them go for....you might want to look into another car.

Me personally, if I messed up my car I would look at something else, such as a Subby.

However, if you are lucky and can find another 240 at a good deal, get that car, fix it up (i.e. maintenance) and see what you can swap over from the other car you are parting out.

Once, I was driving down the road in a lane closest to a shopping center, and some kid waits for me to come real close before he decides to pull out. I told you and everyone else from the begining that you werent ready for a car yet after you got rid of your truck, and look what happens, this shit. I told you to just go get that prelude,(that you were actually going to buy too) dont tell me that you have always wanted a 240sx, You just wanted a car and got a hard on after all of us got 240sx.... There arent too many 240sx wait, let me restate that, running and undamaged 240sx left and this is the reason why. There are plenty of places all around the midwest that hold drift days. Im 16 years old and know this kid personally. He is a giant fucktard that has a HUGE lack of respect towards these vehicles. He used to own a fucking Chevy S10 and was going to buy a prelude to begin with, we went on a test drive and the idiot is trying to drift it and just doggs the shit out of it....then the seller backs out (for obvious reasons) and this kid turns around and buys a 240sx. He is an idiot, he would drift his huge ass truck in the wet and everything. He deserves every last bit of flaming you can throw at him.....knows nothing of the 240sx....hes the kind of kid that would throw 24 inch dayton rims and a lift kit in his car...first "mod" he did was throw subs in the car...that didnt even fit to begin with....

anyone who destroys a 2-tone coupe thats an original 2-tone should never be allowed in an s-chassis, I don't even own an s13 and I know this

P.S.-kids like you are the reason I'm damn near bankrupted by insurance, I've owned my s14 2 years and I've already paid more than my cars worth in insurance. save real enthusiasts, buy a Honda (I don't hate Honda's, but there are a damn near infinite amount of them to destroy)

I say it all depends on how bad the car is. If its pretty much totalled then dont bother s13 chassis's can be had for cheap. Upgrade to s14 if you have the cash. But most importantly be smarter, be more mature and dont show off. Im young also but I dont go speeding and drifting everywhere. If theres a track near you use it. Track days are alot cheaper than insurance for a teenager on these cars, repairs from a pole, and tickets for reckless driving.

haha this thread is so jacked. its on a hiatus for now. still trying to save up money to buy some shit i need to take care of before the engine goes in. the off season (winter) is going to be huge for me this year. im working 6-7 days a week and dumping all my money into this car. i want to have alot done by spring because i intend to get alot of track time over the next year. wish me luck and hope to see you/your car soon. you better be back for FD next year!!! peace.
