would a buddy club spec II on a stock NA KA24DE sound really ricerish, or would an hks hi power sound better on the same car?

ok here is a video.
it is just a normal KA with Buddy Club on it.
Sorry it isn't a better video. Keep in mind too that the exhaust is pointing away from the camera.
I don't know, I like it... oh except for the fact that I can't get one of the hangers to line up AT ALL with where it should be. And also, one of the hangers broke off. Oh and it hits my subframe and hits tranny tunnel right under my where my seat is.

oh ok thanks, thats really wierd, the lining up thing, i dont see how it would not line up at all.

Well I saw it, with my eyes.
I looked at where the bushing was.
I looked at where the hanger was.
Then I saw that they were at least 3 inches apart from where they should be.
All the other hangers worked, but that one. No luck.
Whatever, I make it work though.

well, I use hose clamps around my bushings so it tightens them all up. Great trick if you ask me. So, with all the other bushings holding it just fine, it actually stays there very well.

yea it should be easy, just with the whole lining up thing, i dont think there will be probs, but ill let you know if mine doesnt line up either.

So on the topic once again, i got the silencer out. Coilover spanner...

It was a lot easier this time. i guess cause i left it in there for a couple days so it settle in a little bit.

**IwannaS15- in regards to your questions, the SpecII is probably the coolest exhaust ever made. Sounds really good on N/A Ka's too. The fitment...well lets just say that i have only one of my hangers in, the one next to the gas tank. I couldn't really get the bolt hanger in there and the two at the tip are way off. But the exhaust is soo light that the one hanger holds it up.

brian, it sounds like you have your cat, or test pipe flipped the wrong way. The spec II did this to one of my customers, flip the test pipe, fit right up.

the exuast should fit perfectly, no problems.

hks hipower on na sounds like poop btw.

I didnt like the spec II on na much either, but i am a turbo whore.

i dunno... i don't really wanna lift my car up to fit an aero kit. i'm looking for some OEM sideskirts and a rear valence, wanna keep it a little more subtle....Hahah, who am i kidding, the Spec II is far from subtle. Try to borrow someones rear bumper and see if it fits

To pull it out, tie a piece if wire to a long bolt, drop it through the silencer, then just pull on the wire.

Bolt should hook around length-wise on the hole in the silencer and you can easily just pop it out. That's what I do for my GT spec, works every time.
