the cops were not any help at all, they got here 3 minutes after, and did not even do anything but chill and take a police report. I dont know what kind of van it was, but It was most likely from an American manufacturer.

my old car was found there too...hopefully the thieves don't know which parts are what...when my car got stolen, they only took the shiny parts..LOL

yeah man... my License Plate frame wasn't even a nice one. It was from my Dad's brand new TOyota Tacoma he bought, all it said was DUBLIN TOYOTA. =O

glad to hear they found it. HOPEFULLY YOU CAN STILL ROCK IT... let me know if you need wheels to drive it home i'll straight up put my car on the lift and WE GO!

I wasnt able to make it today, because I was at school all day, so tomorrow moarning (today) I am going with my friend (damn I have some good friends haha) to go pick it up. I will post all of the damages. Mods - how come the stolen cars in the bay area dont get stickied but the socal ones do?? i know one of the cars was found, but the other car is still out there. i also vote for a sticky!

your friends shouldve called the cops and said that they saw your brothers stolen car. ill keep a look out for your bros coupe, im always driving around san jose and milpitas area mostly everyday

Turns it out they ARE the same people who stole my car...

I would post a link to the thread but club4ag.com is down right now...

When we went to look at the car on the front it had Dunlop FM901 195/50/15 on it, and on the rear it has beat up KUMHO ECSTA 711 195/50/15. Those are the exact same tires that were on my car when it was stolen. Oh well, I guess i have the tires back.

We found some interior parts in the trunk, turns out to be the parts of "JBOYYRACER" here on Zilvia.net, you all know his story, theives carved some crap on the back of his car... well his parts will soon be reunited with him...

I REALLY HOPE THESE GUYS GET CAUGHT, and i don't mean by the police, i hope that one of us gets our hands on them first!

yep. it is confirmed. the same thieves that swiped an89hatch's car are the same that jacked mine. san jose, berkeley, richmond, hayward--these guys are everywhere.

and any finger prints being taken? do teh cops know there is a ring going on? do they even care? probably not, rather pull over modified vehicles for smog instead of doing detective work lol

That sucks man. This was no random jacking.. someone probably has a map of all the places with 240s.. On average I would see 3-4 modified 240s drive past my house since I live near a college... people would drive slow past my house too I felt uncomfortable. i got rid of my 240 before anything could happen. I miss her, but i feel its for the best.
