Sucks what happened....who knows what I would have done in such a situation.

Actually...what I would have done is move the car further away with the gf inside and tell her to chill. Grab a breaker bar and head towards my house and confront the drunkies to only do something then if they touch me while I'm on my property.

Now if they weren't drunk.....I wouldn't even attempt such an act.

Man Adrian that sucks. From what Jess said I thought it wasn't too bad. That windshield crack woulda seriously pissed me off. It's good that you caught them though. Get your money THEN go beat their asses. I'm down if I'm in town

well, I also have their information as well (address, full names, along with an incident report from the police). Fortunately, my lease is over in the end of May, I was only there cuz rent was dirt cheap, but I'm moving to the dorms next quarter, which hopefully will be safer than this bs.

you should have driven on...... but at least you should have added some damage. i would have kicked out the headlights and mangled the fenders myself, let them pay for the conversion

besides, the cops already took pics of the damage, so its already on file.

I'm just gonna get a quote from like the most expensive body shop for the repairs (I have no clue how thats gonna turn out cuz my paint is faded), then write up a demand letter for that quote to their parents. That's excluding the "inconvenience fees" that the court usually tosses in, plus my gf can sue too...

Definitely...a buddy of mine that works in a body shop was saying at least 10-15 hours plus the cost of the panels. Now would be the perfect time for some rear over fenders. Most of them cover almost the entire quarter panel.

You ever see those people before? My homie lives a block from where you live in Long Beach and I was at his house too on Friday, I think.. Dont remember any parties tho.. I hope they won't mistaken me as you when around that block since our cars looks similar.. haha

But yeah, it's not worth it showing up for yourself, especially being alone. Got little kids rounding around the streets in the part of Long Beach where we live thinking they hard, sweating you because the shirt you got on "offends" them for no apparent reason at all...

Keep cool next time and take a real quick thought about your actions. Little kids be holding some nowadays I tell you that....
