1.) mach 5 looks pretty true to the original, i dig
2.) sounds like they went for dialog that sounds like a bad dub. while i'll find this entertaining, the rest of the world is just going to chalk it up as bad acting. that's unfortunate.
3.) WAY TOO MUCH FUCKING CGI. I HATE CGI.
4.) it's got my 8 bucks

saw it in imax tonight, my eyes started bleeding about halfway through. the style was just surreal, just balls out insane. it had some lolz, trixie is hot, he races the mach 5 in a couple races instead of that goofy fuck mach 6 thing, the jacks make the right sound effect.. shit was RAD.
ONE complaint. sparky has an english accent. what's that shit? he's supposed to sound like a retard from jersey.
well, two complaints. this movie isn't going to be nearly as entertaining on dvd as it was in the theater. do not wait for the home release. i'm going to go see it again saturday, back to back with iron man.

there was sea world too of all things... lol. sparco seemed to be the most obvious, imo.

Too much hate in this thread.... I went to see the movie earlier today, it was actually pretty awesome. There was a bit more talking than I would have liked, but the effects were insane. They shoulda did it in 3-D imo.
