hmm the rb car looks pretty clean in and out (from the pictures provided) but looks arent everything. Go drive it and if you want to spend extra cash on a already swapped car go for it.

you will find more satisfaction in doing your own upgrades, selecting every fine detail yourself and witnessing the transformation of ur dream 240.. replace all fluids, spark plugs, cap, rotor... check her under carriage for a straight frame, the bushings, any broken cv boots on the axels while your at it.

The stock coupe is the way to go. No doubt about it. But even with that low of miles I think it's a touch pricey for a SOHC.
I'd try and negotiate with the seller. I would say closer to $3k would be a better bet. But really comes down to what it's worth to YOU. If $3800 is a drop in the bucket for you, then don't hesitate and pick up a nice low mile 240. A 240 like that doesn't come around often.
