can someone explain the super low disk/normal disk/medium disk/hyper disk thing to me? i have only bought used wheels before so i am quite confused as to the whole 'disk' thing.

The designation on the Disk style is referring to the shape of the spokes
in order to clear a variety of brakes.

for example - a SL is nearly flat faced spokes and a HP is an aggressive curve to clear oversize calipers.

Just a warning, I've had an order for a set of SSR Wheels pending since late March/April, FULLY PAID for, and the last response I got from these people was in June, and now they aren't returning my e-mails or PMs.

I have been gone alot lately due to traveling for events.
