4lokos is the cheapest way to get drunk and the only good flavor is lemonade. i usually just drink one can to get my night started and a beautiful (hennessey + grand marnier) once in the club, and another random drink to keep my buzz going.

for the people that have consumed, everytime my friends and i pound a can within 10mins, does your chest hurt? that's another reason why i dont drink it fast anymore.

Drank four of these four lokos in a night at a party few months back (was completely gone) and the worst hangover in my life the next morning.

Never drank it since or any caffeinated alcoholic beverage... Beer and liquor will suffice

The problem with this product is the huge amounts of caffeine in it. You don't realize how drunk you are getting because the caffeine masks the effect. So it greatly increases your chance of getting alcohol poisoning because you drink more to get the same buzz as before. Obviously, no one can prevent people from making red bull and vodka, but that doesn't mean that there should be a product on the market with more caffeine than a 6-pack of soda mixed with more alcohol than a bottle of wine. The fact that all of that is packed into a single can, suggests that it is a single serving, leading people to drink more than 1 and greatly endangering their health. One can over 30 minutes is enough for a 100-lb woman to risk alcohol poisoning.

WHO cares redbull vodka rockstar vodka all the same you can still get your super healthy mix of energy and alc haha. Who ever said goose is over rated....your so right i think EFFEN is smoother, it actually tasted good Belvedere was pretty good popov or what ever IS the nastiest alc ive ever had Bacardi isnt much better imo absolute it ok for the price, patron is legit how ever i go for quality/taste not for the alc thats feat in the most rap songs hehe, and im a vodka man beers get the pass too

That article is horrible. The (legal) 18 year old college kid drinkers over here don't vandalise campuses, kill themselves or kill others any more than any other binge drinker? Smells like propaganda.

I chose that article because its on a government website, and pretty much every effect of caffeinating an alcoholic beverage can be acheived by an alcoholic beverage alone. In other words, the caffeine isn't doing very much. Except providing a scapegoat for irresponsible parents.

In every article people are blaming the makers of four loko for making underage kids doing stupid things. The problem is little kids getting their hands on alcohol, today its four loko, after they change it they'll go back to other malt liquors, or whatever the stupid parent of the day is willing to supply.
