400hp s13 help!!!

I'm new here, so idk if I'm posting in the right spot. I can't use the search button cause I don't have access to a computer, only my iPhone and it don't work
Here's my question....I have a 98 240 stock with an a/t. Just picked up an s13 red top with an m/t. Before I do the swap, I want to build up the engine. I did research and everyone says the s13 red top engine is better for 400hp. So how do I get there? Don't ask me about my budget, it's up there and don't tell me to send it out to a shop, we're doing all the work ourselves. So what I need is a list of parts that would make this engine reach my goal. Turbo upgrades, types of cams, fuel pumps, injectors....that kind of stuff. If someone already did a build like this can you link me to the post or if someone's is really nice and did it, I'd like to pick their brain! Thanks guys, I appreciate it!
