Well the my conversion is progressing nicely, considering it started w/ a collision. So today the parts should be painted and then my wiring harness should arrive either today or tomorrow and should be good to go since my pops knows a crapload about Nissans. Also it turns out that when my parts arrived, the grille didn't so a friend of mine who does work w/ carbon fiber is going to make me a custom grille

I'll post up pictures ASAP.

Thanks,

I forgot to mention that you need the get the stays along with the reinforcement. Yes the name of the part is "STAY" left one and right one. What they do is screw onto the reinforcement and hold up the bumper bracket so that the bumper can......well......STAY in place.

Hey man, it's going very well. The car is pretty much finished but I just don't have my wiring harness for my low beams yet and my grille isn't finished being made. But other than that, it's pretty much done. I don't want to post any pictures until after it's totally complete though.

And yeah, I'm in Hawaii. you here too?

im in the process of converting to a kouki front end. wondering if its at all possible to use bumper support from a 95-96 because my bumper is aftermarket anyway, can i drill new holes or jigger rig something so that it gives good support or is it just too short.

You can't use the 95-96 support because everything on the Kouki sticks out more. Also if you try to fit any kouki bumper you will notice that the old reinforcement gets in the way, plus the bumper bracket does not perfectly sit on the reinforcement because it stick out more.

edit: I just noticed you posted twice......never used the "edit" button?
