I ended up getting a pair of the DUNK SB HIGH S.O.M.P. at my local skate shop without any fuzz instead of the AJ 3 "Infrared 23", I have too many AJ 3s already. I was under the impression that the AJ 3s were a GR? The S.O.M.P.s o the other hand were a Limited Release. NTers were having problems gettings them, it's like the DUNK SB HIGH x Tiffany all over again for them.

Yeah, it's was a generic shoe. A lot of NTers in their forum are all up on them, saying that they were a limited release, they even had a hard time getting a pair for themselves as if it were the DUNK HIGH SB Tiffany again both online and in select stores. But I got my 8 hours of sleep and went to my local skate shop once they opened and purchased one for myself; their shipment had a full size run from 8-13. Today, hey have a size 13 left which I might get it if it's still there tomorrow and resell it online.

I like my TAKASHI IIs and I've worn it to death. I will do the same to these... One thing that caught my attention with the build quality is the rolled/layered leather stitching on the toe cap of the S.O.M.Ps(pictured below on the left).

You had me excited, but a little too small. I wear a 10.5, I need Nike to release them again so I can pay a normal price. Not these $500 people are asking on Craigslist and ebay

The SOMPs are definitely more quality for the money. Especially when you compare it to something like a Tiffany.

My brother still have Tiffany that he was able to buy through NDC when it came out. By not having it on hand for the past few weeks makes me not care about the Tiffany anymore, I still have to pay him for getting those for me

A bit bummed today, my Air Max 360(2006)'s air bubble popped when I took six fligts of stairs to work... Hssss 'ed once I got on the door. Eight years of use for work and I haven't even ran on it.





The construction is pretty straight and simple, I might consider saving the uppers and do a lunar or a free hybrid.

Anyway, I picked these Dunk SB Eric Kostons at a thrift for $40, not paying a resale price of $259 for a DS pair if I'm just going the wear them. Throw these in the washer, then treat the suede, and it'll be good-to-go!

Anyone know where i can get some RF Coves or Mints for under $300 or maybe someone knows someone who actually has them that will let them go for a decent price? These guys on the ebay groups and fb all bought just to flip them and i struck out online when i wanted to actually wear them. Any help yall can give i'd really appreciate it!

yeah under 300 isnt gonna work for those asics. you better pay those prices right now because once all the resellers let go of their stock those prices are only gonna go up. just as a heads up

Very true especially on Ronnie Fieg releases. Find them now because 1 year later I guarantee they will be 500-600 or possibly more. For example, the RF Miami and NYC GL3. I see the coves selling for more than the mints too.

If anyone is looking for the mints or the coves, I know a friend that got 9 pairs between the two. Not sure what sizes he got or what he has sold off so far but I can refer you to him if anyone is interested. Just a FYI, he is most likely asking reseller prices. Text me 256-653-4264.

also have a 10.5 if anyone is willing to trade for a 9.5. I almost traded some guy at the mall but his pair had mass noticeable scratches throughout the patent. JB has srsly been slacking on some pairs so watch out for that. Thankfully both my pairs are near flawless. Would also trade for snakeskins.
