i like the smaller wheel look. i'm kind of over the big wheel/big kit thing. or just searching for seomething else to do. i don't know. i've been overstimulated.

some of the cars noriyaro have posted and a bit of hightopfade has swayed me.

A lot of these small wheels cost as much as the big baller wheels most of the hella flush crowd loves to fap to. The rest of them still cost more than the terrible knockoffs the rest of hella flush people curb and break while monster truck rally drifting.

Most wheels here in this thread are povert 30 dollar diamond racing wheel cause their cheap and happen to be small n cheap lookin.

Only a few here are legit small wheels done on purpose but not cause lack of budget

And most of your comments are intellectually poverty stricken replies. Talking shit because some people dont feel like saving for legit wheels is really a piss poor excuse to try and make others feel bad. Keep in mind not all the "povert" people youve set out to offend or bash in this thread care about spending $2000 on a set of rims! Some put that money toward making their cars faster, more reliable, handle better or toward fixing problems that exist cosmetically... Not everyone has the same agenda.

I dont have a problem with small wheels on a s chasis.

Matter fact im a huge fan of the old school look of ssr reverse mesh on s13s.

The part the bugs is this:

People often will build a car on a limited budget and thats fine. Often what they can afford happens to be small and cheap diamond wheels or xxrs. It may not be their ideal but its what fit in there budget.

Instead of calling it how it is people are putting it out there like its a specific look that strived for aka small wheel style.

But in reality it just what they could afford easily based on wheel selection.

i agree with the portion i underlined. i do see instances where that is my assumption as well. however, i do think that pointing it out is unnecessary unless they are in gross violation of the style. photographs can mean a thousand words, but can often be subject to many thousands more in words of speculation, conjecture, and assumed conclusions. i guess you have to take everything at face value and decide for yourself whether it matters if that is the case with what you're looking at.

Having small wheels isn't Dorisha style, fyi. Just getting some diamond steelies or small XXR's on a car isn't really dorisha. It's just small wheels.

I personally think d*star180's CURRENT look embodies the true to form STYLE of a Dorisha car. His look in 2006 is a 240 with small wheels. There's CLEARLY a difference in the two cars and the way it is setup. Both have small wheels. Both have limited aero. But both looks are, imo, completely different.
