Parts Shop MAX USA Formula D driver Ryan Kado qualifies 22nd and Matt Powers qualifies 27th. This is Ryan Kado's first time qualifying this season after a variety of machine troubles before Long Beach and a crash during practice at Atlanta. Ryan is testing the MAX 350Z Super angle kit, and running a full set of prototype multilink and pro coilover suspension from MAX.



Congrats to our FD drivers Matt powers on top 8 and Ryan Kado on top 16 finish at FD Florida.

Not bad Ryan! The first time Kado's machine made it to competition, our rookie qualifies ahead of more seasoned pros, beat Gushi and moved up to top 16 versus Powers. The runs in the battle between Ryan and Matt were pretty smooth but Kado straightened just before the last clip and Powers moved up into the great 8.
I was on the edge of my seat!

Congrats to both drivers on the respectable standings this round!

You have to raise the coilover a little over an inch to be at the same ride height you were at before



This puts the arms pretty much paralell to the ground and relaxes the axle angle so they dont break

Are you able to use the z32 rear ebrake assembly and caliper and/or sti/evo caliper with this spindle? And still utilize the second caliper option?

We can't really call the new parts released this year gen_ because for some things it's the 5th version and others are new releases.
The 2011 RUCA, Front and rear lower control arms will be arriving around the end of July. Rear knuckles, Tension, traction, and Toe rods exact release date is not available just yet but they are being worked on.

Here's a preview of what the next toe rods will look like, this prototype will be slightly altered when in production to ensure proper fit on both 13 and 14.
And of course the Pro color scheme will carry over to the toe rods. New Tension and Traction will follow the same standards.

I sort of miss Max's old color scheme, the bright shinyness of the orange and gold. I hope there's a gold option of the arms similar to the gold mirror finish on the coilovers.

with the rear knuckles, can you use r32 rear calipers on the foot brake mount and the e-brake mount?

Its made for stock silvia rear calipers on the foot brake, not sure whats in common or different on r32, hand brake is for wilwood calipers.

the r32 calipers bolt straight onto stock s13 knuckles. So should work. And just to make sure, the bracket welded on for the secondary caliper will only work with the wilwood caliper, as in can't use a stock s13 caliper.
