rubbing is the least of your problems whether your maximum fit or flush fit. man uo and tuck that shit... smoke is all just more for the show

I'm getting ready to order a set of CCW Wheels for my S14 but im a little nervous about the exact fitment i want so i've been reading this thread and rimtuck.com over the last few but still can't find exactly what I'm looking for... I want to run 18x10 +20 wrapped in 255/35's on all four corners, i do not want to run staggered sizes front to rear. The main thing that worries me is the clearance between the wheel and the front coilover body. I don't want to run a lower offset unless i absolutely have to because i don't want the wheels poking out too far for my taste or to have major rubbing issues with the 255's. Anyone running the same or similar specs that I'm interested in? Any info or insight would be appreciated.

Finally made up my mind on my new wheel and tire set up but first some pics of my old shit...
My offical new wheels and tires will be 18x9.5 +10 wrapped in 245/35's up front and 18x11 +25 wrapped in 275/35's in the butt. CCW Classic streets in full polish and BFG KDW's. Pics coming soon!

In need of some serious advice on my set-up. I made a stupid choice and thought stretched tires were cool. They look alright, but I hate burning through tires due to camber wear, hate not having sidewall flex, hate how rough they ride. I love the look of big square tires, and have two options. Recently bought a set of the following aftermarket arms (RUCA, toe, traction, tie rods, and already have Tein tension rods) so I can adjust camber and toe.
My tire guy thinks I should sell the Rpf1s and get some Drag DR31's, knockoff CR Kai's, in 17x9 +28, and is pretty sure I could run 245/40's all around. Would be a definite downgrade from a nice light whell to a 23 lb one. But at $100 a piece instead of $300, wouldn't be as worried about curb rash. Or, I was thinking keep the rpf1's, and do 20mm and 30mm over fenders, and with square tires could maybe do 245's up front and 265 or 275 out back. Then I get widebody plus nice wheels, and giant tires. Thoughts? Can you even fit a 245 on a 17x9 +25-ish wheel? I certainly hope so. I'm in the middle of a 5-lug swap right now. Already have 245/40 mounted on 17x9 +17. Haven't been able to get the wheels on yet because I haven't installed any of the hubs yet, so I can't say for certain how they'll fit, but it should work. btw, 245 on a 9 inch wheel is almost square, just the slightest of stretch. Looks really good in my opinion.

I used to run a 255-40-17 NT05 on a 17x9 wheel, it worked just fine.

I don't see why you'd have to widebody to run 245f/275r... I ran 245/40/17 on all four corners in an s13 with 17x9+22f 17x9+27r. I was on coilovers but from what I've read it should be easier to run a wider tire without them. I ran 5mm spacers in the front to keep the wheel from contacting the lower spring perch. I think roll/pull would be enough for you and your wheels can easily handly that size tire. Keep the rpf1s, throw wide rubber on them, lightly massage to fit.

I used these pics as a point of reference for tire sizing on my 17x9 wheels. Pics show 17x9 +12 with 225/45 front and 245/40 rear.

i have rpf1 18x10.5+15 all around 20mm front fenders (about go 40mmm bc of the width of the rims) and 50mm rears with 25mm spacers. i was looking to get 285/35s. do you have any suggestions?
i currently have n1 slicks 24-64-18

Yes, 17x9 +15. A 9" +22 is the ideal set up if you dont want to run a lot of camber.
