watsup guys, im about to get a starfire blue '98 with a 115,000 miles, and a dent on the side of the front bumper. what do you guys think. will it be better buying a 5speed? or should i just get this and convert it to 5speed.? the car is $4,000

you can find a m/t kouki in that kinda shape for probably a grand more around 5K...I would just do that

if you're willing to pay for a transmission and all the other stuff you need to do the conversion then do what you want. it's a lot of work. 4k isn't bad but what's the story on it? how's the interior and the engine? any frame damage? you're better off buying a kouki that's a 5 speed but it's your money and your time so it's your decision.

ya guys , i wish i could get a 5speed for 5k. theyre like fuckin 7 grand clean body(guaranteed molested motor lol, how can you be nice with a manual 240?). these darn kouki owners price their cars too much, but then again imma be one of them. let me know when you guys see one, the starfire blue kouki was traded this weekend, the seller flaked

^thanks lol the car didn't come like that though. I'm probably putting down about 276 crank hp? I'm guessing at 8psi I have about 240 whp..when I was at 11psi I was putting down 270whp and probably like 310 crank hp and at the short time I was at 14 psi..who knows but it was fast as balls haha I always recommend going ka-t especially for the CA folks, it's such a great engine that gets the job done.

Keep looking man, they are out there but I would really just look for a m/t...you don't wanna nuetral drop that bitch on day one just wait a lil longer and save up the difference it will be worth it

They used to have these get together's on fridays. But they stopped and changed the location. Then there was one meet we had last year which i missed. and we haven't had another since because were all flakes.
