Problems Selling 240, What Should I do??? Opinions Needed!!!

Ok heres the deal. I have a (96' 240sx SE, 5speed, Power everything, STOCK), With a 93' KA just sitting in the bay, not hooked up. The car body wise is amazing, just engine and inspection problems give this car a bad rep. The car also has a salvage title, but not the bad one. It has been on the road with that title, the frame is straight, and all the body panels line up.

The car is just not selling AS IS since last fall. So do I.......
1) Get the nessary OBD2 KA parts, get it running legit, and try and sell it that way??? Really don't want to put more money into it cause I have my s13
2) Just sell it AS IS and take the loss?
3) Part it out?

I really like the idea of parting it out, cause I can get more money. But I might have trouble finding buyers for the parts and I'd hate to kill a car that definately could have been on the road. Unless for some reason someone wanted to buy a stripped s14 shell.
