megan springs w/ GR-2s

Does anyone know if this combinations is a good setup? I need to know if the GR-2s will have a shorter life due to the springs

If your springs are stiffer than the stock springs by 50%, or drop more than 1.5", then they'll blow quite quickly.

I have the Tanabe GF210 springs on GR-2s, and have had them for more than 2 years, and they have held up fine. That's because they're right around the 50% stiffer than stock margin, and they lowered the car 1.5" from stock, front and rear.

I run this same setup, it's ok had it for about a year and shocks are still good, car is still very smooth and its a decent drop.

You talking about the GF210/GR-2 setup or the Megan Racing spring + GR-2?
