Installing ATS LSD tommorrow. Advice?

Hey guys gonna install my ATS Deftforce LSD tommorrow. I have all tools and Specs from the service manual. I just wanted to see if anyones done have any pointers?

Something I might run into or any easy steps to install the Diff. My main concern is Backlash which a lot of people tell me is important. I've never installed a aftermarket diff so I just want to make sure everything goes smoothly without damaging an expensive lsd.

I've done clutches and stock diff rebuilds on other vehicles (VW speedsensor gear breaks -hard nylon plastic)

I know the installation will be fairly easy Im just curious on the backlash.

Make sure you keep the spacers for each side together and put them back on the correct sides. Lash on Nissan rear ends is usually affected by the ring and pinion. Not often does the center affect it.

You should be fine as long as you keep the spacers in order. Check the mesh with marking compound to be safe.
