jspec s13 or jspec s14 engine?

hi guys,
im really interested in 240sx but im a big newbie <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':crazy:'> at this... so... what's the difference between the gen1 and gen2 body styles? &nbsp;is there a major weight difference between the two?

if i was to get a 95 240sx, which SR20DET engine would give me the best performace? &nbsp;the s13 red-top w/ 205 hp? or the s14 black-top w/ 220hp? please give me an idea what i am looking at... &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> i see that if i get the s13red-top w/ 205hp, $1100 more bucks for 15 more hp for the s14? is it worth buying the s14 black-top?
