Please help....anyone in Colorado?

hey is there anyone in colorado that would help me out with my car. i have a sr20 swap. Its got a Blacktop, GT2871R, z32 maf, 850cc injectors, enthalpy tuned ecu, it was running perfect b4 but now i have put a turbo upgrade and i think my timing on my car is off. I tried timing it word for word from the fsm but it will not rev up it sputters. i'm almost positive that the timing is off. i've been messing with it for about 2 weeks now off and on, and still no luck.
