Anyone have this problem w/ their setups??

My new setup is: GT2871R .64, 740cc injectors, enthalpy tune, 264 toda cams, z32 maf. well after i installed the turbo i started it up and ran fine and let it warm up then the next day i installed the cams, injectors, and ecu then i go to start it and it starts up but on my apexi TT(not the most acturate)said my afr was 10.2 and black/grey smokes comin out of my exhast so i adjusted my nismo fpr to 34psi at idle and i had my safc set to 2in 6out so i put it at 2in 2out but now the car wont even idle until its warm then it fluctuates 1500 to 400 rpm and almost dies... so i took it on a test drive and at 2in 2out just cruising it was at 17.0 or 18.0 afr so i put it at 2in 4out and that seems to bring it around 13.9(thats the closest i could get it to 14.7) the car seems very slugish but i didn't do any WOT runs yet fear of engine damage. i dont know what to try next... i checked for injector o-rings for leaks and found nothing, looked inside the ecu to see if anything was unpluged but everything was ok but im sure i installed the cams correctly because i've done it before and i followed enthalpys guide, i have the mafs in a blow through set up but had it on the car before i installed anything and it worked great and i had my safc set to 2in 6out before and everything worked awesome but since the cams, ecu, and injectors went in im having problems. Any advice would help out great. Thanks.
